The questions we're often asked.
How far ahead should I book?
The day before is ideal; several days ahead for early flights and island tours. Immediate ride: WhatsApp or a call.
Do you pick up on arrival at Faa'a?
No, we don't do arrivals pickup. A ride to the airport (hotel or town → Faa'a), however, is booked like any other: give your flight time.
Is the estimator price guaranteed?
It is an estimate (real distance × official fare). The driver confirms before departure. Gaps: detours, stops, waiting. The official fare covers outbound and return.
Day / night fare?
6am–8pm: 160 XPF/km (€1.34). 8pm–6am: 260 XPF/km (€2.18). Same flag drop: 1,000 XPF (€8.38). Euro amounts are indicative.
Am I charged for the empty run to me?
No. The order forbids charging for an empty run — the taxi cannot bill you for the trip to the pickup point.
Island tour?
Yes, on quote. Pick your stops on the map or let the driver compose it.
Surfboards, bikes, strollers?
Yes, large vehicle. Oversized flat fee 500 XPF (cooler, trunk, board, bike, golf bag, stroller, wheelchair…). Mention it when you book.
Can I reserve a large vehicle for 1 or 2 people?
Yes. The order then adds a 500 XPF flat fee, on top of the flag drop and mileage.
How do I pay? A receipt?
Cash only, at the end of the ride: CFP francs (XPF) or US dollars. No bank card, no Tahiti Pay. A receipt must be given to any client who asks.

Child seat?
We do not carry child seats. Pets are accepted by agreement: 100 XPF per animal.
Cancel or change?
WhatsApp or +689 87 28 04 83, as soon as you can. No fee.
What time should you pick me up for a flight?
Enter your flight time on the home page (drop-off: airport): we suggest a pickup (drive + 3 hrs at Faa'a for international, 1 hr 30 for Air Tahiti, + 15 min buffer). Indicative — the driver confirms.
